Our hands-on approach allows for a concentrated

teach your technicians the "tricks of the trade" in using equipment to expedite
the process of acquiring appropriate data the first time. For many years, we have trained

U.S.A. and abroad
We offer custom designed training and will gladly travel to your
facility to provide infrared or equipment specific training for which we have field
experience and in-depth knowledge.

Our Level I
classes are designed to familiarize the student with the various uses and benefits that
can be attained by employing thermography in the following applications: electrical,
mechanical, flat roof, and building diagnostic inspections. Quality image documentation is
emphasized with a variety of hands-on demonstrations focusing on proper camera settings
and image interpretation. Differences in equipment and specific wave length limitations
are discussed to ensure that the student can provide meaningful reports for review by
management and/or customers.
Level 2
Our
Level II classes are intense and extensive programs focusing on improving the students'
equipment operational skills, image acquisition, interpretation, and report generation
abilities. Advanced infrared theory, heat transfer formulas, quantitative analysis and
in-depth hands-on applications are included.

Overview
Electrical
To ensure the integrity of electrical installations for reduced down time, fire and
safety, or insurance company compliance, we highly reccomend to perform Thermal
inspections of electrical installations to find over heating in connections and
components, or faulty components.
Mechanical
Thermal Inspections of motors, pumps, fans, bearings, compressors, heating elements,
humidifiers etc. can be analyzed for faults and decrease in efficiency. Fatigue and stress
concentration in components can be detected and verified.
Buildings and Processing Equipment
Internal properties in walls and pipes such as building and cool room/oven insulation
and furnace refractory breakdown and efficiency, scale build up, fluid build up in
composite structures etc. can be determined.
Environmental and Surveillance
Thermography can be used to determine sites of burst gas and water pipes, hot spots in
